Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Director based in Europe to expand our presence across the EMEA region. This is a consultative enterprise sales role focused on building long-term customer relationships within the MedTech and Life Sciences industry. You will work closely with our global Sales, Consulting, Product Management,



and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic sales initiatives, and successfully deliver business growth.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for building business together as one team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth within your assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise opportunities with MedTech manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organizations
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver consultative, value-based sales presentations tailored to customer business challenges
- Collaborate closely with Consulting, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery
