What you will do:

- Respond to customers through emails, WhatsApp chats, phone calls, and social media comments/ direct messages.

- Answer customer reviews, thanking customers for positive reviews and handling complaints with care.

- Resolve inquiries, order issues, delivery concerns, and any other related experience issue

Qualifications:

-

- Bachelor's degree in communication, human resources, marketing, business, or a related field.

- Previous experience in customer service or customer support.

- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken. xghoner

- Proficient in MS Word, Google Docs, email, and grammar.
