Royal Estates is seeking an experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Ibiza. In this role, you will guide high-net-worth clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting exclusive properties. You’ll represent Royal Estates with professionalism, providing bespoke solutions and building long-term relationships based on trust, discretion, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of luxury properties across Ibiza.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations with professionalism and care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a multilingual, international clientele.
- Collaborate with the Royal Estates team to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
Qualifications




- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are highly valued.
- Passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the Ibiza property market.
