Job Description
As an Advanced Regional Manufacturing Engineer (AME),
you will support the industrialization, launch, and continuous improvement of electronics manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with engineering, production, quality, suppliers, and global manufacturing teams to drive manufacturing excellence, improve efficiency, and ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities
- Support new product launches and industrialization activities through regular reviews to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers, system integrators, and manufacturing teams to implement manufacturing solutions.
- Support EMS and outsourced manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production and quality requirements.
- Optimize manufacturing footprint and capacity utilization to improve shop floor efficiency and productivity.
- Lead equipment upgrades, technology transfers, and the implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.
