The role We're looking for an Account Manager Croatia to join our Supply crew in Barcelona.
You will integrate the Account Management team dedicated to the Croatian market ,



you will play a key part in growing and strengthening our relationships with Croatia's boat owners — from key accounts to peak-season readiness and revenue optimization , and collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care crew members across teams to deliver a high-quality work.

Build and nurture relationships with Croatia's most important fleet owners (including our 114 key-account owners representing over 2,600 displayed boats) to secure availability, pricing quality, calendar accuracy, and fast response times.
Drive activation and conversion by pushing owners toward better response behaviour and faster booking acceptance, while improving listing quality (pictures, descriptions, pricing, extras, cancellation policy).
Prepare the fleet for peak season by making sure owners are ready before June, and by cleaning up inactive or low-quality inventory.
