Account Executive – Czech Speaker | Madrid Madrid, Spain | Hybrid after onboarding Permanent | Full-time €30,000 gross/year + uncapped commissions Czech speaker | Native/Bilingual English The Opportunity A leading international technology company is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join its growing sales team in Madrid. This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll manage the customer journey from the initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions. What You'll Do * Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial contact to subscription close * Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day * Qualify prospects and identify their business needs * Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations * Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period * Convert free trials into paying customers * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Track key KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR * Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity * Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing. 600 Your commission increases based on performance:
