MediaMarkt España is seeking an entry-level professional to build and own the end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle and loyalty blueprint, from onboarding to pre-renewal. You will drive engagement, retention, and cross-/upsell opportunities within the customer relationship.
You will define onboarding communications, develop cross- and upsell logic during the contract life, and coordinate with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
