Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

We're seeking a scary-organized, proactive partner to serve as the right hand to our Founder & CEO. This role calls for polished communication, discretion, and comfort with AI tools. You'll own a global calendar, inbox, travel, and client communications so every client feels taken care of.

Hybrid in the Lower Mainland, BC.

Hybrid (Lower Mainland, BC) | Full-Time (3÷4 time also available)

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you’ll own our Founder’s calendar, inbox, travel, client communications, and invoicing across multiple time zones. You’ll anticipate what’s needed before he asks, use AI tools every day to multiply your output, and make sure every client feels taken care of. You’ll also get a front‑row seat to how companies doing $30M to $500M+ build their strategy, and real room to grow as the firm scales from 12 to 30 advisors by 2030.

- Scary Organized: You manage a integral calendar, a busy inbox, and competing priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Proactive Ownership:



You anticipate needs, catch what others miss, and get things done without detailed instructions.
- Polished Communication: You write clean, clear, professional emails and handle direct conversations with ease.
- AI-Fluent: You’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation daily (or eager to learn fast), and you know Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and CRM tools well.
- Hospitality-Minded: Making people feel taken care of energizes you, and clients notice.
- Integrity and Discretion: You’ve held confidences that mattered and handle sensitive information with care.
- Calm and Adaptable: You stay steady when things get busy and step up when a trip or deadline needs you outside regular hours.

What You Bring

- 5+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive (ideally in a fast-growing firm).
- Based in the Lower Mainland of BC and eligible to work in Canada.
