Ideally, your experience should be fairly balanced across:
- Rippling HR
- Rippling Payroll
- Rippling Reporting
- Broader HCM functionality
- Rippling architecture / architectural experience
- Complex implementations and/or optimisation work You need enough technical depth to operate at an architectural / strategic level, rather than simply being a configuration-focused consultant. Rippling's own service-partner model covers implementation, optimisation, ongoing support, and complex customer challenges, which aligns closely with the type of consultant AYP is looking for. Personality / Ways of Working We need someone who is:
