Overview Busuu is a leading EdTech company that empowers people through language learning. We are expanding in Italy and need a Sales Development Representative to generate high‐intent pipeline opportunities. Own the design, testing, and scaling of AI‐powered prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and conversion.
Own pipeline generation end‐to‐end: mapping, prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for BDMs.
Track all activity and provide data‐driven insights in HubSpot to inform sales strategy.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously sharpen messaging and improve conversion.
1–2+ years of demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role, ideally in Ed‐Tech or HR‐Tech.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.




~ Fluency and excellent command of Italian and English.
~ Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
