The Role of Assistant Chief Concierge:
The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an Assistant Chief Concierge. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Assistant Chief Concierge works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.




The Assistant Chief Concierge will assist the Chief Concierge to oversee the Concierge department including interviewing and training of staff, storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondence, ensures that staff is knowledgeable about activities at the location, establishes contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests.
