Manage operating expenses
Ensure effective management of sales team. Including training and personal development.
Increase sales/ team productivity
Minimum of 3 years in sales or a similar role, preferably within an international company.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Driver's license is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Strong sales and goal-oriented approach
