Responsibilities * Oversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations * Supervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight * Prepare, review,
and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries * Ensure compliance with local Spanish tax regulations as well as international financial reporting requirements * Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed * Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities to support business decision-making * Manage payroll processing and related compliance requirements * Support international financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and cross-border reporting * Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendati
