In this role you guide Factorial’s largest Spanish clients as a trusted advisor, driving satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth. You manage a high-value portfolio, leverage data-driven plans, and advocate for client needs to shape adoption and product feedback. You work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and share best practices across the group. You’ll play a pivotal part in Upsell/Expansion while identifying improvement opportunities that benefit customers and Factorial.

~3+ years of experience in Account Management (B2B)
~ Proven track record of upsell, retention, and net growth in client portfolios
~ Strong strategic and analytical skills with solid organizational abilities
~ Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly
~ Outstanding communication skills with empathy and influence at senior client levels
~ Experience xkdbapo dealing with churn prevention and action plans for at-risk clients
~ Comfortable with KPIs and data-driven portfolio management
~ Proactive, solution-oriented with willingness to bring new ideas
~ Fluency in Spanish (native or proficient) and professional English
