Our Go-to-Market squad, based in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Hotmart’s dedicated French Market Expansion Pod. In this role, you will play a crucial part in opening the French market by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective French digital creators and infopreneurs, fueling our pipeline with high-value commercial opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Prospecting (French Market)
- Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Research, map out, and prospect top digital creators, course creators,



and infopreneurs in the French ecosystem using tools like Semrush, Influencity, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming inbound leads and self-generated prospects based on key business metrics and ideal customer profiles (ICP) for France.
- Personalized Engagement: Craft localized, multi-channel outreach strategies (email, social touchpoints, calls) tailored to French market dynamics.

CRM Management & Analytics
- Salesforce Operations: Register, update, and rigorously track all prospect touchpoints and pipeline stages in Salesforce.
- Data-Driven Outreach: Conduct A/B testing on messaging and communication channels to optimize open, response, and conversion rates within the French market.

Pod Collaboration & Networking
- French Pod Synergy: Work directly with Closers, BDMs, and Marketing Specialists within the French Market Pod to refine messaging, ICP definitions, and conversion funnels.
