What do we need from you? Education & Experience * Education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field. * Minimum experience of 5–8+ years in cosmetic product development,



with a strong focus on aerosols preferrebly in industrialization and manufacturing processes within the cosmetics sector. * Previous team management experience is highly valued. Knowledge & Skills * Strong expertise in cosmetic formulation and aerosol technologies. * In-depth knowledge of EU cosmetic regulations and product safety requirements. * Understanding of consumer trends and sensory-driven product development. * Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Fluent English (C1 level preferred). What will your day-to-day be like if you join the R&D; team? * Lead the development of cosmetic products in aerosol formats (e.g., haircare, skincare, personal care). * Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and formulation to industrialization and launch. * Design and optimize formulations ensuring performance, stability, and sensory attributes. * Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations
