An emerging luxury watch and jewellery brand, based in Mallorca, is looking for a Brand Content, Community & PR Manager to support the brand through its next phase of growth and international expansion. This role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s voice, image and presence, building an international community and increasing its visibility across strategic markets. You will work closely with the Founder and a small, highly collaborative team in an environment where initiative, creativity and the ability to turn ideas into reality are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: * Brand Content & Storytelling: define and develop the brand’s content strategy, ensuring a consistent narrative and aesthetic across social media, the website and other channels. * Community: build and nurture an international community, developing authentic relationships with customers, followers and relevant profiles. * PR & International Visibility: build relationships with media, journalists, editors,



influencers and key opinion leaders; coordinate existing PR agencies and identify new international opportunities. * Creative Production: lead and coordinate photoshoots, audiovisual productions and collaborations with photographers, videographers and other creative partners. * Events & Brand Experiences: contribute to the creation and execution of events, activations and experiences that strengthen the brand’s positioning and desirability. * Insights & Growth: analyse channel performance and identify trends, markets and opportunities that can support the brand’s growth.
