With over 70 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Palex Group has established itself as a leading provider of innovative hospital solutions across Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Integration Project Specialist to join our M&A; team.The position is expected to start in January 2027.Main Responsibilities- Support the process of integrating newly acquired companies or businesses into the Palex Group.- Work to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of processes, systems, and cultures between the acquired company and Palex.- Manage the change; assess the company culture, mitigate adverse effects, and assess cultural issues.- Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a project.- Work with senior management to identify synergy and value enhancing opportunities.- Supervise multiple teams (internal and external), tracking project deliverables and coordinating project work .- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.- On some projects, where applicable,
manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.What You Bring- At least 2 to 3 years at a multinational company with experience in consulting and/or project management. Specialization in merger and/or integration is a big plus.- A fluent level of English (written and spoken) is required. Other European languages are a big plus.- Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office.- Excellent analytical skills.- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to build strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.- Self-starter with problem-solving skills.- Good communication and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and to consistently produce high-quality deliverables.- Willingness to travel (within Europe).- Experience in leading one or more workstreams in a business transformation is a big plus.- Change Management certifications (e.G., Prosci) are a big plus.What We Offer- A role that offers both challenges and growth in a fast paced and dynamic environment.- The chance to be part of a team that values innovation and drives meaningful impact.
