About the RoleOur client is seeking a dedicated and expert Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Oncology to join their esteemed healthcare team in Queenstown. This role focuses on providing specialized pharmaceutical care to cancer patients, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy management. You will collaborate closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans, monitor patient response, and educate patients on their therapies. This is a critical position within the hospital setting, contributing to high-quality patient care and outcomes in the Eastern Cape region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize pharmacotherapy for oncology patients, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care medications.Conduct comprehensive medication reviews, identify potential drug interactions, and recommend appropriate therapeutic alternatives.Provide direct patient education on medication regimens, side effects, and adherence strategies.Participate in multidisciplinary oncology tumor boards and patient care rounds.Monitor patient outcomes, toxicity, and adherence,
