Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy & Business Partnering team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy & Business Partnering, the Senior Strategy Analyst will act as the Strategy Business Partner for an assigned business vertical, working directly with its leadership team to ensure alignment between the vertical’s priorities and the Group’s overall strategy.

The role will help translate corporate priorities into actionable business plans, monitor strategic and financial performance, and support decision-making through robust analysis, market intelligence, and constructive challenge. It combines hands-on analytical work with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

- Act as the Strategy Business Partner for an assigned business vertical, ensuring alignment between its priorities and the Group’s overall strategy.




- Work directly with the vertical leadership team to develop, monitor, and challenge its strategic plans and objectives.
- Translate Group strategic priorities into clear vertical initiatives, performance indicators, and execution plans.
- Build and maintain robust fact bases combining financial, operational, customer, and market information.
- Analyse business performance, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and potential mitigation actions.
- Translate analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality materials for business reviews, leadership discussions, and strategic decision-making.
- Represent the Corporate Strategy & Business Partnering function in key vertical forums, including regular business and performance reviews.
- Conduct strategic deep dives into specific performance topics, market developments, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Transformation, Strategic Projects, and other functions to support alignment and effective delivery.
- Leverage internal and external intelligence to strengthen market and competitive understanding.
- Share and help implement strategic planning and performance-management best practices across the business.

Skillset

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with analytical or data-visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to structure complex business questions and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with an interest in understanding the drivers of business performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare concise, executive-ready materials.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing constructively to strategic discussions.




- Ability to challenge assumptions thoughtfully and with a strong evidence base.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Experience Required

- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, transformation, or a comparable role.
- Experience conducting strategic and performance analysis and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
- Experience preparing and presenting decision-making materials for senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to strategic planning, performance management, business reviews, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage analytical workstreams and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation is an advantage.
- Experience in the travel, technology, or B2B sectors is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another relevant analytical discipline.
