- Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
- Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
- Monitoring pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR – yes, you’ll get familiar with all those acronyms.
- Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
- Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
- Getting involved in forecast and budget processes – and understanding the “why” behind the numbers.
- Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.
