Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems, to own how client design systems are built across multiple brands. You’ll extract patterns into tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can read.
This is a systems-first role: fast, scalable, and not about one-off pages. You’ll work with several clients, ensuring consistency and rigor from design to deployment, while collaborating with design and engineering teams.
