People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Service Team Leader (Danish & Chinese) to join their team in Barcelona.

The Team Leader will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives, ensuring high service standards and strong operational performance. The role focuses on team management, KPI and SLA monitoring, performance improvement, escalations and collaboration with Quality and senior operational stakeholders, and supports training, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Critical Requirements

- Native or near-native level of Danish
- Previous experience managing customer service teams
- Fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written
- Experience with customer service processes and best practices
- Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data
- Salesforce or CRM experience




- Strong communication and feedback skills
