People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Service Advisor eCommerce (Dutch) to join their team in Benalmdena.

The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.

Critical Requirements

3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Comfortable handling financial and customer information
5. Willing to work on-site in Benalmdena initially
6. Available to start ASAP
7. Native/fluent Dutch
