Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A; topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation,



post-merger integration, and stakeholder management Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A; scenarios Draft realistic M&A; case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A; content In simple terms: You will review and improve AI-generated M&A; content to ensure it demonstrates authentic industry practice and robust commercial logic.
