Students rarely tell their teacher that something is wrong. They tell somebody else, or they tell nobody and go home early.

This role is that somebody else. You are the student’s point of contact for everything that is not academic, and the route their feedback takes to reach the people who can act on it.

What you would actually do

Onboard new students in their first days - the week where homesickness and enthusiasm are both at their peak.

Stay in regular contact throughout their course, not only when something breaks.

Handle the non-academic side: accommodation, the social programme, practicalities of living in a new city, the occasional genuine crisis.

Collect feedback properly and channel it to the teaching team and to management, including the feedback nobody enjoys hearing.

Watch retention. Understand why students leave early and reduce it.

Help build a social programme people actually want to attend.

What we are looking for

Strong English - B2 as a minimum, higher preferred - and fluent Spanish.

Experience in student services, customer success, hospitality, tourism or pastoral care.

Real empathy, paired with the organisation to follow up on forty people at once.

The judgement to tell the difference between a complaint and a crisis.

The right to work in Spain or in Argentina, depending on the campus.





A third language is a genuine advantage - many of our students are more honest in their own.

About Vamos Academy Vamos Academy is a Spanish and English language school with two campuses: one in

Do I need experience in education? No. Hospitality, tourism and customer success transfer well.
