You will support small and medium-sized business customers using online services and digital advertising tools. Your Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting customers via phone, email and chat Assisting with account setup, product usage and general enquiries Helping customers resolve basic technical and account-related issues Guiding clients in using online tools and services effectively Identifying recurring issues and providing appropriate solutions Sharing customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams Providing a professional and positive customer experience Your Profile
Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written Good English for internal communication Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends Availability to work onsite in Lisbon What You Can Expect
