Customer Support project within the Travel & Hospitality sector .

already living in Greece

relocating to Athens .
The Role You will support Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a professional and positive customer experience through different communication channels.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
Good English (B2+)
Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Good computer literacy
Availability to work adaptable shifts
