Design and execute the sampling plan for seeds, flours, powders, and textured products. Collect, identify, store, and prepare samples for analysis. Determine the nutritional and mineral composition of the analyzed samples. Evaluate the physicochemical, rheological, and structural properties of the samples. Acquire, process, and optimize hyperspectral data and images using capture and spectral analysis systems.



Develop, optimize, and validate statistical and artificial intelligence models for the classification and prediction of samples.
