Integration Project Specialist

to join our M&A; team. The position is expected to start in

January 2027. Main Responsibilities

Support the process of integrating newly acquired companies or businesses into the Palex Group. Work to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of processes, systems, and cultures between the acquired company and Palex. Manage the change; assess the company culture, mitigate adverse effects, and assess cultural issues. Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a project. Work with senior management to identify synergy and value enhancing opportunities. Supervise multiple teams (internal and external), tracking project deliverables and coordinating project work . Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. What You Bring





At least 2 to 3 years at a multinational company with experience in consulting and/or project management. Specialization in merger and/or integration is a big plus. A fluent level of English (written and spoken) is required. Other European languages are a big plus. Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to build strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter with problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and to consistently produce high-quality deliverables. Willingness to travel (within Europe). Experience in leading one or more workstreams in a business transformation is a big plus. Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a big plus.
