Deliver outstanding customer support in

Arabic and English

via multiple communication channels.



Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions. Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards. Requirements

Arabic:

Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred). English:

B2/C1 proficiency or higher. Experience in

Paid Campaign Management

is required. Degree in

Marketing

or a related field. Previous experience in

Digital Marketing . Experience in a

Contact Centre

or supporting an

Advertising Technology

project is highly preferred. Good understanding of

social media platforms

and
