The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona, Spain, invites applications for a bioinformatician to advance our lab's work on indirect genetic effects, host–microbiome interactions, and metagenomic data. You will implement Nextflow-based pipelines, work in HPC environments, and contribute to reproducible research using modern tooling.
