This involves translating functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions, building CRM components, developing custom code, and supporting integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure cloud. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, developers, QA, architects, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and operational performance across Web Beds.## ## **In this role you will:**## ## **Key responsibilities*** **Solution development:** Design, build, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customisations and Power Platform solutions that support business needs.* **CRM configuration:** Create and maintain entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules using best-practice configuration standards.* **Custom development:** Develop plugins, workflows, custom activities, and reusable components using C#, Java Script, Type Script, and SQL.* **Power Platform delivery:** Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve process efficiency and user experience.* **Stakeholder collaboration:** Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications.* **Agile delivery:** Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews,
