Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- A strong interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and solution-oriented thinking.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is considered an advantage for this position in Bulgaria.
