The Hoxton Madrid is launching a new opening and is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations. This role will manage multiple outlets and an events space, driving revenue and ensuring top-tier guest experiences.
You will work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, manage budgets with a sharp eye on costs, and inspire a large team across bars, kitchens and events to deliver outstanding hospitality in Madrid.
