Job Description:

We are recruiting for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Administrators to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team on a Permanent Intermittent contract basis for up to ten months , supporting our busy Summer 2027 recruitment campaign. At Jet2.com & Jet2holidays , our Talent Acquisition Team plays a vital role in delivering successful campaigns across our Airports & Resorts. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator based at our office in Alicante Airport , you will support us to find the right talent to ensure every customer has a Lovely Holiday!

What will you be doing?

- Hybrid working – We’re in the office together 2 days each week allowing crucial collaboration to take place

- Work as one Team with our Talent Acquisition Partners to help deliver a high-quality candidate experience

- Reviewing and progressing a high volume of candidate applications

- Respond to email enquiries from candidates

- Conduct high volume phone-based interviews





- Manage the offer process for successful candidates

- Support the planning and setup of interviews and interview days

- Administer compliance processes and digital interview document filing

What are we looking for?

- Proven strong administrative and organisational skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a telecoms role or working in a fast-paced environment under pressure is highly desirable

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing work accurately and efficiently.

- A positive, adaptable and motivated attitude , with a willingness to learn new skills and processes.

- Good working knowledge of IT systems , including Microsoft Office applications.

- High level of both English and Spanish
