Key responsibilities

- Represent Maersk interests within Gemini at regional level through regional coordination and communication with Gemini Partners on Operational matters.
- Act as first line of escalation with partner Cargo, Schedules, berthing optimization (often all at once) across services within and across regions' First level of operational escalation in region for shut outs, port emissions, cargo issues.
- Has a regional overview of cases and coordinates/ negotiates resolutions both internally and externally
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Joint Working Procedures (JWPs) to protect Maersk's interests - Ensure correct interpretation and application of JWPs through consultations with Ocean Fulfillment (OF) and Coastal Fulfillment (CF) teams.
- Take regional ownership of contingency handbooks and seasonal contingency negotiations with the Partner Handle exceptions and manage relationships with partners from both a regional and general perspective - Work closely with the Global Execution Center (GEC) and other Regional Coordination Centers (RCCs) to ensure consistent management practices.
- Support Regional/ HQ Finance on execution of Schedule reliability and short shipment penalty scheme between Maersk and HPL, as well as any schedule deviation verifications as required The RCC shall act as the first point of entry for disputes in reg. to allocation, scheduling of Vessels, Network Execution, contingencies,



Non-Compliance with the Agreement and Crisis Management etc. and shall elevate to the HQ Network Committee, if required.
