Arnage Group is expanding in Barcelona and is looking for an experienced B2B hotel sales professional to develop an exclusive territory.

The role combines hotel industry knowledge, relationship-based sales and recurring commission .

You identify independent hotels that are a good fit for Arnage, introduce the group to their owners and General Managers, and bring suitable properties into the network.

The Opportunity

Arnage is an international soft-brand hotel group with 10 hotel brands covering different hotel types and market segments.

Independent hotels can join Arnage without changing their existing identity.

They keep their:

- Hotel name
- Signs
- Website
- Brand
- Existing operations

There is no rebranding and no complicated technology integration.

Each hotel receives a personal Revenue Manager who works directly with the property.

Your role is to establish the relationship,



bring the hotel into the group and remain its primary contact afterwards.

Why the Commission Structure Matters

You earn 15–30% commission on the membership fees paid by every hotel you bring to Arnage.

The important part is that this is not a one-time commission.

You continue receiving your commission every month for as long as the hotel remains a member.

As your portfolio of hotels grows, so does the recurring commission generated by the relationships you have built.
