Platform Engineer, your mission will be to
build and evolve the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations
that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliably. You will play a key role in creating a
scalable platform
that empowers developers, supports business growth, and establishes engineering best practices across the organization. This is a
high-impact role
with significant ownership and visibility across the company.
The Role: You will be part of a
cross-functional Platform Tea m responsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and improving CI/CD pipeline s and deployment processes. Building and maintaining cloud infrastructur e within AWS environments. Driving
Infrastructure as Code (IaC ) initiatives. Enhancing
observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practice s. Supporting the evolution of an
Internal Developer Platform (IDP ). Collaborating with
Data and AI team s on Data Ops and MLOps initiatives. Improving
security, compliance, and operational resilienc e across systems.



Developing
shared platform services and internal toolin g used by multiple teams. Acting as a
technical partne r for Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders. Promoting
Dev Ops and Site Reliability Engineering best practice s across the organization
. What we need: 5+ years of experien ce in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles. Strong experience working wit h AWS and cloud-native environmen ts. Solid understanding o f infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed syste ms. Experience designing and maintainin g CI/CD pipelin es. Hands-on experience wit h Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code too ls. Experience wit h monitoring, observability, and reliability engineeri ng. Strong scripting or programming skills usin g Python, Bash, or similar languag es. Experience working wit h APIs and microservices architectur es. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A mindset focused o n automation, scalability, and continuous improveme n
t. Nice to Have Experience
in fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology environme nts. Exposure
to Data Ops, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or Machine Learning platfo rms. Experience wi th Kubernetes and container orchestration technolog ies.AWS, Kubernetes, or Dev Ops certifications.
