Key Lead (Supervisor/a de planta de ventas part-time) - Westfield Glories, Hollister
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish, required

Any job offers for this role could be subject to and conditional upon the applicant carrying out applicable work visa formalities. The full time starting rate for this position is €23,250.00 annually (i.e., the full time recruiting pay range for this position is €23,250.00 - €23,250.00 annually). For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 40 per week.
