We're looking for a commercially minded E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow website traffic, improve conversion rates, optimise promotional campaigns and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute online promotional campaigns across digital channels
Drive qualified traffic through SEM, display advertising, affiliate partnerships and CRM/email marketing
Analyse website, sales and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for growth
Track and report on key KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue and subscriptions
Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive position
Partner with merchandising, category and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns
Use customer insights and feedback to improve the online customer journey and increase conversion

What We're Looking For

Fluent German and English
Exposure in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Trading or Performance Marketing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
Exposure with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Proactive,
