Main Responsibilities

- Project Deployment & Commissioning

Assist engineers in on-site installation, configuration, and basic testing of AMR systems

Support setup of navigation maps, charging stations, and system parameters

Help with basic system integration tasks under guidance

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Assist in diagnosing basic hardware, software, and network issues

Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems

Support documentation of issues and follow‑up actions

- Customer Training & Documentation

Support preparation of training materials and user documents

Assist in delivering basic system operation guidance to customers

Help update manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides

- Operations Monitoring

Assist in tracking system performance (e.g., uptime, battery status)

Support routine checks and reporting

Help identify simple improvement opportunities

- Team Collaboration

Your profile

-

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.g., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields)

- Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems

- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team

- Fluency in Spanish and Chinese(English is a plus)
