Job Description

Act as a Tax liaison for group projects.



Support the VP Group Tax and project teams with tax consulting services, ranging from topical advising to lead management of and responsibility for tax-driven subprojects. Propose, develop, implement, manage and safeguard tax planning structures.

- Grasp business momentum to prepare and present robustly developed, 'should opinion' and/or advance ruling supported tax planning structures and, upon approval, manage and lead the implementation thereof in virtual teams
- Monitor existing tax planning structures on continued substance, benefit and compliance with law, opinions and advance rulings, if any, and prepare and present alternative structures with the same level of robustness if required
