We partner up with like-minded brands and organizations to build and activate different branches of our brand, and we engage members within and surrounding our hubs with creative experiences & events. We're looking for a community, events, and membership intern to aid us in the Membership team.This role offers a grand opportunity to develop yourself, working with a wide range of global stakeholders, both internally and externally.You will help us streamline and support internal projects, keep a structured workflow and support the Regional Programming Manager.On a daily basis, you will work closely from The Support Hub to aid the Connectors (Event & Community Managers) of our hubs.You will join the team at our office in Barcelona for a period of 6-7 months,starting December 1st, 2026.In Case You Don't Know Who We Are (Ahem)... rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces.Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Portugal, Scotland and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going general.What You'll Do:Connecting on-site Event & Community Managers to programming managers by being the first point of contact for questions and event organisation requestsAttending community events and activations in TSH locations in Southern Europe, auditing the execution and providing bi-monthly insights to the Regional Programming ManagerSupporting the curation of the events strategy and ambassador programmeSupporting the Membership team by tracking deadlines, taking notes, conceptualizing monthly event reports and highlightsResearching market offerings and competitor propositionsAssisting with development, communication and refinement of a wide variety of projects related to events and membershipWhat You'll Have:You are enrolled in University as a student during the entire periodYou are fluent in English & Spanish (written,
and spoken)You are legally permitted to work and live in Barcelona and available for a full-time internship and can work 40 hours/weekYou can work from our Barcelona based Support Hub, the role is In Person.You have proven experience with Microsoft Suite and profound understanding of event management processesYou have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to develop yourself in project management in an operational environmentYou have true passion for hospitality, high problem-solving capabilities and enjoy working independentlyWhat We Offer:The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
