The Finance Manager will act as the main finance lead for the local operation, partnering closely with senior management and international stakeholders while ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy and operational excellence.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L;, Balance Sheet and supporting analysis.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage treasury activities.
- Coordinate banking relationships, guarantees and financial facilities.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.
- Drive financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare presentations and reports for local and group leadership.
- Supervise payroll administration and selected HR-related processes.
- Support legal, compliance and insurance matters.
- Coordinate local IT-related activities with Group IT teams.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and contribute to key projects and business initiatives.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Approximately 10-15 years of relevant finance experience.
- Previous experience in an international or multinational environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS.
