We’re a young and growing brand, and we’re looking for a Barista to join our team and be part of The Matcho experience.

About the role

As a Barista at The Matcho, you’ll be responsible for preparing our specialty coffee, ceremonial matcha and signature drinks, while providing friendly and attentive service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing coffee, matcha and signature beverages
• Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality
• Providing excellent customer service
• Keeping the bar clean,



organised and well stocked
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, barista or hospitality role
• Interest in specialty coffee and matcha
• Friendly, proactive and reliable personality
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish is required
