Job Description: An opportunity for a *Process Engineer* has arisen within *Airbus Operations*, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization.
Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S. A, and 330. *RESPONSIBILITIES* *Optimize* existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up. *Implement* new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort. *Participate* in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes. - Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- *Experience:* At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering.




- *Soft skills:* High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
- *Languages:* Advanced level in English.
- *Technical knowledge:* Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills.
