~ Oversee regional liquidity and cash flow forecasting.
~ Facilitate the efficient use of short-term excess cash and obtain short-term funding.
~ Identify and communicate anticipated short-term cash flows to internal stakeholders.
~ Perform cash volatility studies.
~ Develop cash targets by legal entity to support efficient liquidity management.
~ Lead and support strategic initiatives.
~ Manage integral liquidity, cash forecasting, and investment activities to optimize cash utilization.
~ Lead FX, interest rate, credit, and commodity risk management programs, including hedging strategies.
~ Oversee funding activities, debt issuance, refinancing, and capital structure management.
~ Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key external stakeholders.
~ Provide treasury reporting, financial analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
~ Lead treasury projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives,



including M&A; support.
~ Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulations, and internal controls while developing team capabilities.
~ Manage corporate FX management and FX hedging activities, including Balance Sheet and Net Investment Hedge programs, and commodity hedging programs.
~ Manage issuance and repayment of short- and long-term debt.
~ Manage subsidiary balance sheets and repatriate available cash through the IFF ownership structure to IFF Inc.
~ Maintain an extensive network within and outside the company to ensure access to best-in-class Treasury practices. Requirements
