Are you passionate about leading engaging group activities and working with adults and seniors? A private organisation in the social and community sector in Mallorca is looking for an enthusiastic activity instructor to lead a variety of sociocultural workshops following the school calendar.

Core Tasks

- Leading sociocultural workshops for middle-aged adults and seniors.
- Teaching specific topics such as English, Mallorcan folk dance (ball de bot), general fitness, yoga, Pilates, or line dancing.
- Conducting workshop sessions scheduled between 9:30 - 12:30 and 16:30 - 20:00.
- Adapting exercises and activities to match the abilities and interests of the participants.

Required profile

- Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
- Prior experience working with middle-aged adults or senior groups is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm,



and an engaging teaching style.
- Availability to conduct sessions during the specified morning and afternoon schedules.

What is offered

- Permanent seasonal contract (contrato fijo discontinuo) aligned with the school calendar.
- Remuneration of 19 EUR gross per hour (calculated based on an 8-hour monthly workshop format, depending on the total number of workshops delivered).
- Working conditions regulated under the collective agreement for leisure and community activities (convenio de ocio y tiempo libre).
