A private company in the communication and audiovisual sector is looking for a Catalan Linguistic Advisory and Proofreading Specialist. In this role, you will be stationed across Palma and Calvià, providing expert language support to broadcast and print teams to maintain top-tier Catalan editorial quality.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with journalists, editors, and production staff across various media formats.

Core tasks and responsibilities include:

- Providing ongoing Catalan linguistic advice and language guidance to journalists and editorial staff.
- Proofreading and editing scripts, reports, and a wide variety of media documentation.
- Writing and designing practical educational micro-modules to assist media professionals with grammar and style.
- Ensuring consistency, terminology accuracy,



and linguistic correctness across all broadcasted and published materials.

Requirements:

- A university degree in Catalan Philology (Grado en Filología Catalana).
- An official Catalan C2 certification.
- Proven professional experience in linguistic correction, editing, or language advisory.
- Your own vehicle for reliable travel across working locations in Palma and Calvià.

This opportunity offers you:
